About The Transition Program
At Vermont the Year 7 Student Managers, Program Managers and teachers are committed to ensuring the transition from primary to secondary school is a positive experience for students and parents. Consequently we encourage parents to make contact with the school whenever they feel the need.
Often questions arise about the transition process. We have included much of that information in the 2025 New Student Handbook which is issued to families once they have accepted the offer form Vermont Secondary College. The handbook is where you will find information about the Family Information Night, Orientation Day, and Uniform. If however you have any other questions, we would love to be able to answer them and put your mind at rest. Please feel welcome to contact the school if you need to.
